As the first manufacturer certified under the Safe and Sustainable Cabinetry program (SASC), we prioritize eco-consciousness in every aspect of our operations, from rigorous monitoring of water usage and carbon emissions to a focus on recycling and repurposing the majority of our manufacturing waste.

These efforts and more have helped us achieve such a high standard, we’ve also been recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Indoor airPLUS certification, ensuring your homes are safer and healthier thanks to minimal exposure to airborne pollutants.

We’re proud to meet the requirements of ANSI A 161.1 and ICC Evaluation Service. This respected independent testing organization has set the industry benchmark for quality in cabinet manufacturing for more than 20 years with assessments that include hardware cycle diagnostics,finish resiliency verification, and evaluation of product tolerance in changing climate conditions. Time and again, Yorktowne Cabinetry has passed each with flying colors.

OUR QUALITY STANDARDS

We’re committed to building quality into our products. Yorktowne’s products are certified to the requirements of ANSI A161.1, the industry standard for quality in cabinet manufacturing.

SASC certification provides assurance that Yorktowne’s products are TSCA Title IV emissions safe and that facilities are environmentally responsible by effectively managing utility resources, minimizing waste production and maximizing all recycling efforts.

Our compliance with SASC is certified by ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES), an ISO/IEC 17065 accredited organization with more than 90 years’ experience in testing and certifying.
